👊 Ask for constructive feedback
Hey Kick Ass friends,
This week’s challenge is about asking for constructive feedback—and receiving it gracefully.
Asking for constructive feedback can be challenging and frightening (myself included).
It is hard to give constructive feedback, and it's even harder to receive it well.
Remember—constructive feedback is meant to be helpful.
Be open to constructive feedback. Receive it gracefully.

Why
"Honesty is a very expensive gift; just don't expect it from cheap people." — Warren Buffet
Asking for constructive feedback is powerful. You gain perspectives, new insights, and build relationships.
When you ask for feedback, be prepared for what you're going to hear. It’s important to be open-minded. If not, growth stalls, perspectives close, minds shut down.
Remember—constructive feedback is meant to be helpful.
By being open to constructive feedback, you’ll be able to improve your skills, experience new things, and discover new insights.
And remember, receive it gracefully and thank the person for sharing.
Feedback is a gift.
