This week's challenge is about...social media.
How much time do you spend every day on social media? An hour, a few hours, the entire day, weeks straight?
Now picture yourself taking a whole day off? 😬
No Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Instead, use the time to connect with family, friends, and yourself. Enjoy a quiet dinner, watch a movie, take a walk, lift some weights.
Take this opportunity to challenge yourself by unplugging from social media for a whole day.
